05:18

have to wait and see if he comes back

05:20

out got Head Rush so I thought since

05:22

it's been a while since we've been in a

05:25

video together we would do a little

05:27

catchup q& a Q and G I asked on

05:30

Instagram if you had any questions and

05:32

there were some goodies I have to say is

05:34

harder now we've been friends for so

05:36

long and we've done so many q&as it's

05:38

harder to find questions we've never

05:40

answered before yes so whenever we do

05:42

these I really

05:44

appreciate when someone comes up with

05:46

something that I've never we've never

05:47

answered yeah which makes us go o yeah

05:50

o okay ready yeah get pump

05:54

thing question number one you have to

05:58

design a product together a

06:01

pro what would it be I've got an answer

06:04

what would you say should we say at the

06:05

same time What for each other no no

06:07

together for

06:11

mine okay imagine we're collaborating on

06:13

something we're releasing one project

06:16

that we've both worked on okay what do

06:18

you think it would be you know what mine

06:20

would be I know but it's not what yours

06:22

would be it's what would we do together

06:24

oh I got

06:25

you you know what I was going to say

06:27

there didn't you wait no let's say it

06:29

the same time okay like what do you

06:31

genuinely think we would release

06:32

together oh I got you I got you I got

06:34

you okay I think I I think I've got an

06:37

answer a product a product that's what

06:41

it said didn't it you have to design a

06:43

product together what would it be um I

06:46

would want it to be a fragrance I was

06:48

going to say a fragrance really yeah I

06:51

was going to say a fragrance I think we

06:52

would do all like home fragran home

06:54

fragrances like candles room diffus

06:56

diffus air Mists I thought you were

06:59

going to say to me an ageless time

07:02

machine

07:04

no I mean that would be pretty hard to

07:07

invent if we could do that we would I

07:09

mean we'd be Geniuses we would be yeah

07:12

like a like a really nice sort of like

07:17

candle fragrance hom Miss like both our

07:21

favorite scents together that would be

07:23

nice yeah that's the first thing I

07:24

thought what is one moment of your

07:28

friendship that you would want to

07:30

relive oh my God where do I

07:33

start I

07:36

think the one moment in our friendship

07:39

that I would want to relive is like the

07:41

early days of getting to know each other

07:44

like when you would come and stay and it

07:45

was like we were just finding out like

07:49

what we were all about and like we would

07:51

just laugh and laugh and laugh until our

07:53

sides hurt yeah I would love to relive

07:55

that I just I feel like I have such fond

07:57

memories of that I agree like the old

08:00

house memories was like the start of

08:03

everything um but mine would be my Vlog

08:06

which is my favorite day ever when it

08:09

was just absolute Delirious chaos high

08:14

energy just yeah just really really like

08:17

that what we just filmed out there just

08:19

really reminded me of how like silly we

08:21

used to be and we're obviously still

08:22

silly now but like it was just more

08:27

young dumb living off mom

08:32

was that a program yeah it was I would

08:34

love to have gone on that but they were

08:36

like Rascals um scallion scallion but

08:40

like we just like go to boho gelato get

08:42

like Lo of tubs oh my God mix in some

08:45

corn flakes of chocolate mini eggs and

08:49

just crazy yeah we did a lot it was kind

08:52

of

08:53

like two kids realizing they're adults

08:56

they can do what they want yeah oh yeah

08:58

also another other night which I really

09:01

really loved it was me you and Alfie

09:02

really stormy night you fell asleep on

09:04

the sofa whilst we were watching did I I

09:07

never did that no no no it was like one

09:09

of one of the only times you fell

09:11

asleep and we were watching this horror

09:13

movie in Brighton filmed in Brighton and

09:15

you were awake for that and then we

09:16

started don't breathe and it was just

09:19

the it was just and we watched the call

09:21

as well that I really recommended us to

09:23

watch with Hal Berry so we watched three

09:25

films back to back yeah and then when no

09:28

wonder I was asleep yeah did really well

09:29

that's hardcore and then when we watched

09:31

the final one don't breathe and it was

09:33

so scary it was really good Alfie woke

09:35

you up because he was scared do you

09:38

remember it was just so it was just like

09:40

and it was like really thunderstorm

09:41

outside and I just loved it and that's I

09:43

love that cuz we weren't necessarily

09:44

doing anything like crazy the a nice

09:47

core memory just

09:49

really everyday moments have been like

09:52

my favorite I would also really love to

09:55

relive

09:57

Edinburgh which one

10:01

did we go twice three times yeah cuz you

10:04

and I also went for my book tour oh yeah

10:06

that was fun just any of the Edinburgh

10:08

trips or Margate Margate obviously yeah

10:11

I'd love to relive Margate Margate was

10:13

iconic when we were getting dressed up

10:15

New York oh New

10:17

York just everything but I think if it

10:20

was like a

10:22

moment

10:24

[ __ ] oh my God that really scared me

10:27

about iconic moments yeah a moment we

10:29

would would want to relive I've got one

10:31

actually go on then but Mark has be

10:33

willing to approve it relive a moment

10:36

what oh no I want to know if you're

10:38

ready yeah go on there everyone watching

10:40

wants to know if you're ready I'm always

10:41

ready right close your

10:43

eyes you're going to put your down not

10:46

your mouth what put your hand down a bit

10:48

and you close your eyes OH Close Your

10:51

Eyes put both of us no peek in both of

10:53

us we need to see whether you've got the

10:56

ability to do it or not so you're eyes

10:59

open no they're closed go open your

11:05

eyes why did you just like

11:09

this people need to know can you lay

11:12

down can you spin lay down and get back

11:14

up without banging your head oh my God

11:15

you should try it that's the question

11:17

let's do it let's do it oh is that a

11:19

moment you would want to relive probably

11:23

not you have to do the noise too know

11:25

when

11:27

you're yes Mark yes

11:31

Mark

11:33

[Music]

11:42

[Music]

11:44

yeah Alfie where did you get this from

11:47

he bought it did you just buy it yeah I

11:50

went to town I bought it did you no you

11:52

didn't yeah I did

11:54

stop a that is so good oh I want to see

11:59

if you can do

12:04

it did you hear us watching it earlier I

12:07

Mark stories yeah this needs to be in a

12:12

museum we'll sign it do a giveaway yeah

12:15

you could sell these as merch you should

12:18

with my conquer on it oh my God does

12:21

that mean head yeah sorry what's one

12:23

trait of each others you're envious of

12:26

so my favorite trait about yours I'm

12:29

I don't know if I'm envious of

12:31

it but you you make everyone feel

12:34

immediately really comfortable I don't

12:36

do that you do that yeah but that's what

12:38

I was going to say I do the

12:41

same you're like I'm not en it of it

12:44

because I also do it but I no but I also

12:46

feel like I learn a lot from you in that

12:49

way really

12:51

yeah in terms of like when you have

12:53

people around you like you're really

12:55

attentive to everyone you're making sure

12:56

like you're really good hostess make

12:59

sure everyone's all right make sure

13:00

everyone's comfortable and back when I

13:03

first met you I rarely did anything like

13:05

that you do host Lots now I do host all

13:08

the time now yeah and I'm always taking

13:10

like little bits from what I've learned

13:12

over the years that you do and me I was

13:14

going to say the thing that

13:17

I am envious of that you can do really

13:21

well is meet people you're so good at

13:26

talking and you make everyone feel so

13:28

comfortable and like it doesn't matter

13:30

if you've known them 5 years or 5

13:32

minutes I feel

13:33

like

13:36

people

13:37

listen ice cream man Alfie you need to

13:40

we should make an app together that

13:42

tracks ice cream man

13:44

bands imagine that lighting up it's

13:46

taunting me it knows I want an ice cream

13:49

and I can hear it but I don't know where

13:51

it is can you hear it we can text the

13:53

neighbors you know where

13:59

that's really

14:01

close that's like really

14:04

close guys I'm really

14:08

M I want a 99 please with a flake and a

14:11

bit of strawberry sauce I come those

14:13

nuts oh them nuts oh no no don't like

14:16

the chop nuts love a chop nut wherever

14:19

it is it wants people to go to it

14:21

because they're really playing that tune

14:23

aren't they it needs one of the little

14:24

Batman thing in the sky yeah I just wish

14:27

there was a way of tracking like where

14:29

is the nearest there needs to be an app

14:31

every ice cream man in the UK have to

14:33

put their details into an app um that's

14:35

really lovely thank you yeah I think

14:38

you're really great at that and I would

14:39

love to be more like that but you are

14:42

you're really good at meeting people no

14:44

I'm a bit Shyer than

14:45

you it takes me a while I think how is

14:50

Mummy version of Zoe different from the

14:52

Zoe you met and created this beautiful

14:54

friendship with not different at all I

14:57

always said when we had loads of deep

14:58

chats that you make the most amazing mom

15:01

a you just proved me

15:03

[Laughter]

15:06

wrong you proved me so right like

15:09

everything that I thought you were going

15:10

to be as a mom like you've just smashed

15:12

it both you and Alfie you're still

15:14

Bonkers yeah um and I always used to

15:17

joke about like you and Alfie like

15:18

taking me under your wing like you've

15:20

always sort of been like my

15:22

mother but you'd be like a sister or

15:25

something not a

15:26

mom no but you always just like oh text

15:28

me you you know me when you're home when

15:30

you get home no you know what I mean you

15:32

have some people are just b or I just

15:34

worry a lot no no I think I think you're

15:37

yeah it's been amazing to see thank you

15:39

honestly I'm just more

15:41

tired that's probably the main answer

15:44

how do you manage a longdistance

15:45

friendship while having a busy life

15:47

communication we just check in with each

15:49

other all the time all the time yeah and

15:51

I think like even before you were a mom

15:54

we did it anyway it doesn't really feel

15:56

like much as changed apart from we see

15:58

each other slightly less right now cuz

15:59

like it's chaotic but it doesn't feel

16:02

like that like it doesn't feel like the

16:03

last time I saw you was like 8 weeks ago

16:05

whatever it was yeah was it yeah when we

16:07

went for that food oh yeah we did what

16:10

was

16:13

that oh no I saw you my your birthday oh

16:16

yeah Mark yeah I don't want to remember

16:19

that day why cuz you couldn't move and

16:22

everyone was concerned for

16:24

you at what point did you both realize

16:27

you'd made a good friend in one another

16:29

a I feel like I know what you're going

16:31

to say never

16:34

left when he came to my house and he

16:37

never he never packed his bag CH it's

16:40

all it's the same answer chalky walkie

16:41

doo do when I told you I knew you were

16:43

going to that yeah it's just that was

16:45

the first time I opened up to anyone in

16:47

that length yeah I think I knew when we

16:52

filmed the Christmas video in my

16:56

house what second time you ever met me

16:58

yeah really yeah because I just felt

17:01

like it was so easy to be around you we

17:04

had the same sense of humor and I was

17:07

like I just know we're going to be

17:08

really good friends what did you think

17:11

Alfie cuz you were there he was filming

17:13

it with us wasn't he yeah it was like

17:15

Christmas general knowledge yeah wasn't

17:17

it was it remember it I mean it was

17:20

almost it was when I did 24 days of

17:22

Zoella yeah it was one of those that is

17:25

like a big deal yeah that's like a

17:28

massive thing what that you just

17:30

instantly was in one of my videos yeah

17:31

but like 24 days of Chism

17:41

chis what was it Zoella Zoella

17:45

sorry I think that's what it was called

17:47

yeah but that's like a to dedicate like

17:50

a video was like and I've met you once

17:53

yeah I think that's a lot well maybe I

17:55

already knew before then then yeah no

17:57

love it good oh

17:59

no how did you know I was going to say

18:03

guess each other's favorite

18:06

dessert m is a fruit bowl at least no I

18:09

have

18:11

to I have to guess yours you sorry sorry

18:16

sorry [ __ ] now I got to go mine's a

18:18

fruit bowl sorry but whose favorite

18:20

dessert is a fruit bowl so your no come

18:23

on you're at a fancy restaurant fruit

18:25

bowl is not on the menu but everything

18:27

else is let me try and guess what you'd

18:29

go for like some sort of poached

18:34

pear an eaten mess eat and mess yeah

18:37

nice oh I don't know see I just think

18:40

you'd go for a classic Brownie and ice

18:41

cream M what what what a little lemon

18:45

top what's my favorite ice cream flavor

18:48

little mint Cho chip it's the same as

18:51

Alfie's yeah um so maybe just a mint

18:55

choc chip ice cream yeah I think so I'm

18:58

like I'm not a dessert guy are

19:01

you what not really a dessert type of

19:05

guy maybe we shouldn't be friends yours

19:07

would be like a chocolatey a um kinder

19:10

buoy no you like loads of desserts yeah

19:13

to be fair it's a hard it's hard to say

19:16

birthday cake

19:21

no chocolatey just loads of

19:25

chocolate honeycomb no God I don't know

19:29

you some kind of lemon lemon yeah like a

19:33

lemon cheesecake or like a lemon you

19:35

know that restaurant that has that lemon

19:36

thing with the huge merang on top okay

19:39

something like that all right what's

19:41

that called lemon merang pie okay

19:43

something like that that would be I like

19:45

something quite citrusy or profiterol oh

19:49

my God yeah I was going to say like an a

19:50

CLA yeah or profiterol so either of

19:53

those but you didn't guess those

19:56

so no points to you no point if you

19:59

could take one feature from the other

20:01

person and have it yourself what would

20:03

you pick eyes you have lovely eyes I

20:06

know but they're just you're you got

20:07

stunning eyes I've always wanted like

20:09

really bright eyes a thanks I would

20:13

pick your smile I think you have a very

20:16

good smile when it works what do you

20:18

mean when

20:19

[Music]

20:21

it's what is your favorite best friend

20:24

tradition that you guys do Christmas in

20:26

November Christmas in July

20:29

August August like anything christmy

20:32

like anything festive just

20:34

like what re-watching our favorite films

20:38

tradition isn't it um Garden Center

20:40

obviously oh yeah the pizza at the

20:42

Garden Center is is quite a tradition we

20:44

have quite a lot of traditions we've got

20:46

loads Halloween shopping Halloween

20:48

shopping candle sniffing I was going to

20:51

say just like driving somewhere and just

20:53

like singing yeah I just don't really do

20:56

that with anyone else no I love doing

20:58

that I remember I'll never forget the

21:00

time you texted me after like we had the

21:02

roof down it was like one of my best

21:04

days yeah and you texted me and like you

21:06

said I can't remember what you texted

21:08

exactly but it made me well up it was

21:10

just like I felt so free yeah I felt

21:12

like something had lifted yeah like the

21:13

clouds had lifted it's really sweet and

21:15

it was very I still remember that

21:17

feeling one of my favorite times is when

21:18

you helped me move in that's when I knew

21:21

I made a friend of you even though it

21:22

was six years into yeah I was going to

21:24

say it wasn't that long

21:26

ago but like I remember the flat spit

21:28

the lifts were out lifts were out you

21:30

you lived far up far up yeah and I was

21:34

like not many people would do this oh it

21:36

was fun though we went for a ezy went

21:38

for a ezy put up the Christmas tree

21:41

that's when we were like doing um

21:43

handstands and we fell into the tree

21:45

yeah God fun times fun so many little

21:48

Traditions what is one thing you're most

21:50

proud of for the other person these are

21:52

quite deep some of these very strong I

21:54

love how we go from was favorite dessert

21:56

like what are you PR for I think you're

21:58

very strong do you yeah I think you're

22:02

very strong you I think we're both very

22:05

strong I think yeah I think we've got to

22:06

be like I think we've always said that

22:09

our friendship has always been online

22:12

mhm and that ain't

22:14

easy especially like in the early days

22:17

yeah you just like coming into that is

22:21

was like a bit of a wild west wasn't it

22:23

yeah yeah I think you're very strong

22:25

very proud like love how you hold

22:26

yourself really respectful person person

22:29

very

22:29

talented um just a great allrounder 11

22:33

out of 10 thank you I think right back

22:36

at you I think I'm very proud of you for

22:39

I think there have been many things in

22:41

your life that have been very hard and

22:46

big am I

22:48

just my camera stopped recording and it

22:51

didn't make a noise which is very

22:53

frustrating but I carried on by saying

22:57

it's not going to be the same now as

22:59

we were having a little moment we were

23:01

um that you handle things with such a

23:05

positive mental attitude you always feel

23:08

very lucky and grateful and even when

23:11

things are big and hard and like big

23:13

life things have happened I just feel

23:15

like you're a very strong and

23:19

positive person which I think is very

23:22

inspiring very proud of you for how you

23:24

got through those things thank you we

23:27

grow for it

23:31

one thing I would want you're really

23:33

good at really Express that's one thing

23:35

I'm envious of what you're really good

23:37

at just like being really open and like

23:40

with your emotions I find it really hard

23:42

sometimes yeah I feel like sometimes I

23:45

have to like get stuff out of you yeah

23:47

whereas I'm just

23:49

like um but you're you're you're really

23:52

greater just talking about like Rocky

23:54

moments or whatever whereas I I have to

23:57

crack a joke or or like you know not

24:00

always no sometimes you yeah last time

24:04

when we sat on your sofa and the boys

24:06

were in here we had a really deep one

24:08

didn't we yeah yeah true didn't make J

24:10

you didn't make any jokes then no last

24:13

question okay what is something about

24:15

your friendship you haven't found in any

24:17

other friendship I like this question

24:20

yeah it's

24:21

good there's just no judgment there's no

24:24

judgment there's no there's no there's

24:27

nothing I would ever not say to you or

24:31

not share with you um I love how

24:34

especially now we lead different lives

24:38

mhm but it hasn't changed anything no

24:41

like even before I'm a bit of a party

24:44

animal you're not and I've never needed

24:48

that from you and vice versa like it's

24:51

it's never been a thing if that makes

24:52

sense it's so true I also think one

24:55

thing that I have with you that I

24:57

wouldn't necessarily have with any body

24:58

else is we're so similar yeah I feel

25:02

like we think the same thing at the same

25:05

time we notice the same things at the

25:07

same time we say the same things at the

25:09

same time we do the same movement it's

25:12

like our brains work in exactly the same

25:15

way which I think is why we're so like

25:18

open and like I don't know sometimes I

25:20

feel like I'm just like hanging out with

25:22

like

25:24

you not not not fly me sounds a bit

25:29

bigheaded no you know what no but it's

25:31

like so easy it's so easy it's like we

25:34

just constantly know what the other

25:35

one's thinking all the time y it's like

25:38

I know you so well and you know me so

25:41

well and I don't think I have that in

25:44

any other friendship I think that is a

25:46

very Mark and Zoey thing it and we have

25:48

the same sense of humor the exact same

25:50

sense of humor exact same taste in films

25:53

um not music not I was just I was you

25:56

saw my head go like that and I was like

25:57

not music

25:58

cuz you like you're you're you're not

26:00

very current with your music taste I'm

26:03

just I just don't have a music taste you

26:05

do but not anything past like

26:08

1997 no I totally agree yeah love it

26:13

right love it got to put the baby to bed

26:15

best is will we die best is till we die

26:19

love you love you yeah you have to get

26:21

on the floor and get back over again you

26:22

need to lay down and get back up lay

26:25

down and get back up that's what you

26:26

were trying to do before up oh

26:29

this is a recreation but a successful

26:34

one yeah yeah yeah yeah oh my God you're

26:38

so close to getting

26:41

it I literally haven't done this since

26:44

that really I thought you would have

26:46

done it

26:49

more

26:52

F and then I think you

26:56

it and then you said

27:00

it's so hard was

27:03

like what the hell was

27:07

that oh that was

27:12

close how did you even

27:17

get that is so much harder than I

27:20

remember it what the

27:22

hell is it about just going quick

27:28

look likeing a

27:30

spell

27:36

got show us how it's done show us how

27:38

it's I've done it as

27:40

well oh it's hard isn't it I don't know

27:44

how far up you should hold the rod maybe

27:46

hold it right at the

27:50

bottom

27:55

oh oh my God it was going in out in out

27:59

sh the plate bloody teasing us I feel

28:03

like last time we did this we all just

28:04

nailed it after like trying a few

28:08

time why did you go around you sat one

28:11

side and

28:16

you sorry

28:19

sorry okay come

28:24

on I go like down yeah it's going down

28:31

the boy could

28:33

live Harry Potter is

28:39

dead did you see that I didn't see it

28:41

did you have it guys I did

28:44

[Laughter]

28:47

it son it's just even the plate doesn't

28:50

want to do it the plate just like give

28:52

me a

28:54

break I can't it

28:58

hey hey hey

29:01

hey I can't

29:07

see on the two weeks that I did do

29:09

vlogmas um we're just watching some old

29:12

Vlogs I will remember is the plan ahead

29:15

what are you looking at the glitter on

29:16

my mouth in my nose can you see the

29:18

glitter

29:21

spot you look so confused I like what's

29:25

going on

29:26

guys there's a hornet be careful it's

29:31

it's a pigeon I can see him I'm still oh

29:33

oh oh he's he's getting ready to fly out

29:36

yeah I can see him I show

29:39

a he'll be friendly why are they so big

29:43

look at the

29:48

size oh my God he's using Diane's

29:52

birthday

29:54

card oh that is not okay holy

30:03

crap no don't I'm so scared of

30:08

them oh

30:10

God that is absolutely hum this is the

30:14

second one we've had in our house in

30:16

like was it yesterday yeah it

30:19

was oh my I can't even tell you how big

30:21

this looks in real life let me put my

30:23

hand next to it there you go so what's

30:27

that there gorgeous you know I'm scared

30:31

of oh he's trying to get out I don't

30:32

like how high up he is Ferris is off I'm

30:35

off got any plans

30:38

tonight

30:40

um just going to do a little bit of

30:42

filming just a bit of filming yeah when

30:46

you get home I'll be home about 10 late

30:54

night sorry I'm hilarious it's been it's

30:56

been a long day oh my God it's been a

30:59

very good day I've had so much fun it's

31:02

been so fun thank you so much for coming

31:05

31:07

31:10

31:11

31:14

31:16

oh my God I'll see you so soon when you

31:19

get home we'll do thanks for everything

31:21

thank you so do you have a jacket

31:23

now got your phone got your wallet got

31:25

your keys got your phone got your

31:28

to yeah okay

31:32

ciao bye bye good morning everyone I'm

31:36

going to have to do this makeup in

31:40

speed time which is nothing new I am

31:46

having to chat to you and put the most

31:51

basic of makeup on this morning because

31:56

I have a very exciting

31:58

appointment that we are heading off to

32:02

so this is something that I have wanted

32:05

to

32:07

do

32:10

for uh I'm going to say about 10

32:14

years and I just kept on not putting it

32:20

off necessarily I definitely put it off

32:22

when I was pregnant because I could

32:23

think of nothing worse than doing this

32:24

whilst I was pregnant I didn't really

32:26

know when the right time would be

32:29

um

32:30

because it is something that you have to

32:33

be pretty dedicated to and actually I

32:36

was thinking of doing it when was I

32:38

going to do it

32:40

2020 I was thinking of doing it and then

32:43

obviously we all know what happened in

32:46

2020 um and that kind of put me off and

32:48

then at the end of 2020 I got pregnant

32:51

today I am picking

32:54

up my clear braces now now whenever I've

32:58

mentioned this to

33:00

people they've kind of looked at me and

33:03

gone you don't need braces what are you

33:05

talking

33:06

about and I did actually have braces

33:09

when I was 12 so my front tooth kind of

33:12

came diagonally over my other front

33:15

tooth and I remember my dentist at the

33:17

time um

33:20

saying oh I can refer you to get braces

33:24

and obviously I was 12 years old and I

33:26

was like okay that's sounds good and he

33:28

said but you are going to have to have a

33:30

tooth removed I have a very small mouth

33:33

I had overcrowding and they were all

33:36

crossing over and something needed to

33:37

give something needed to be removed in

33:40

order for uh there to be room for my

33:44

teeth to

33:45

uncross um so I had a tooth removed that

33:48

was pretty terrifying uh my mom and dad

33:51

actually bought me aine's album after I

33:53

had my tooth removed as a little bit of

33:55

a like well done

33:58

I remember that very vividly I had

34:00

braces I had them for a year had them

34:02

off when I was 13 and I had straight

34:06

teeth woohoo my mouth continued to move

34:10

my teeth moved kind of I don't know

34:13

actually you get older I suppose things

34:14

are still growing and

34:16

changing um and it meant that my

34:21

retainer didn't continue to fit my mouth

34:25

and my teeth started moving back I

34:27

didn't get the fixed brace at the back

34:29

of my teeth they didn't offer it to me I

34:32

feel like I didn't know many people back

34:36

in the early 2000s that had that as an

34:39

option after braces um but I do feel

34:42

like if I did have that as an option

34:44

after my braces I wouldn't now be doing

34:47

this so it's kind of frustrating but

34:50

whatever they're definitely not as

34:52

crossed over as they were when I was 12

34:54

they didn't go like fully back but

34:56

they've gone it's gone back

35:00

enough ah that I notice it and I know

35:05

that some people will say it's a lot of

35:07

money for such a

35:11

small thing but it's just one of those

35:13

things that's like when you notice it

35:15

and you see it you just want to fix that

35:17

also my bottom teeth are pretty crooked

35:20

as well

35:21

so yeah that's what I'm doing today

35:25

going to pick up the first of many trays

35:30

so I feel like it might make my speech

35:32

uh slightly different because anyone I

35:35

know that has had clear braces has had

35:37

that and I think that that's just like

35:39

an adjustment thing I think

35:41

eventually um it's not as noticeable I'm

35:45

excited I'm excited

35:48

to finally

35:50

have the teeth that I had when I was

35:55

13 before they moved back so so yeah and

35:58

this time I will be getting the uh fixed

36:03

the small fixed brace behind my front

36:05

top teeth and my bottom teeth just to

36:07

keep them from going anywhere again in

36:09

future so hopefully this will be the

36:12

last time I'm having to do anything to

36:14

my teeth I just thought now would be a

36:15

really good time in life I've had the

36:18

babies like can you imagine having a

36:20

clear brace in your mouth in and out

36:22

during first

36:24

trimester no thank you got a wedding at

36:28

some point in the next couple of

36:30

years uh and I just thought now is the

36:34

time and I'll bring you along on the

36:36

journey I'll let you know how it's going

36:38

for any of you that are thinking about

36:39

it or want to know a little bit more um

36:43

it is not a gifted treatment it is not

36:45

an ad I paying the full amount myself

36:49

with um a local dentist um just really

36:53

excited there was actually a small part

36:55

of me that was considering just getting

36:57

like train tracks put back on my teeth

36:59

again because the thought of like having

37:01

to take these clear braces in and out

37:04

and also they have to be worn I think

37:07

it's between

37:09

20 20 and 22 hours of the day I want to

37:13

say I mean I'll get all more of the info

37:16

today um that scared me a little bit cuz

37:20

I was like oh my

37:22

God am I going to

37:25

be good enough with this

37:28

that I'm going to actually wear them but

37:31

I'm going to do it I'm going to do it

37:33

guys right that is going to have to do I

37:37

need to do my hair I've noticed is this

37:39

the shoulder yeah got a little bit of

37:41

baby vom on my shoulder God this just is

37:44

the way I am at the

37:45

minute this is my default okay I'm back

37:49

from the dentist

37:52

and

37:54

oh I have my braces slash retainers in

38:00

and you can't really tell I don't think

38:04

I don't know I I really thought they

38:06

would be a bit more obvious than they

38:07

are but I just had a FaceTime with poppy

38:10

where she didn't even notice I was kind

38:11

of waiting to see if she would notice

38:13

and she didn't I mean it is FaceTime so

38:15

it's not like face to

38:16

face but I yeah far less noticeable than

38:22

I thought so I was given the first 14

38:26

weeks so every every single week I just

38:28

put in a new tray or trays top and

38:31

bottom and um I think I am going to be

38:35

doing longer than 14 weeks but I've got

38:38

the first 14 weeks if that makes sense

38:40

like I'll go back and they'll give me

38:41

more but yeah so far so good just have

38:44

to make sure I'm wearing them 22 hours

38:45

of the day which is the bit that I'm a

38:47

bit like about check them out had lunch

38:50

I'm just such a snacker like I'm a real

38:53

grazing food gal and I also really like

38:56

drinks that aren't just water and really

38:59

they recommend that you just drink water

39:01

with these in but I love squash and to

39:05

have to take these out every time I

39:07

drink squash I'm like what if I have a

39:09

straw surely a straw is like better but

39:12

I don't know yeah so far so good they

39:14

don't feel that uncomfortable they fit

39:15

really

39:16

well

39:18

and I don't feel like it's impacted my

39:21

like speech that much that is just the

39:25

first ones though I don't know whether

39:26

like maybe I'm might get some further

39:28

down the line that like are a little bit

39:30

different who knows but week one of

39:34

braces has commenced these are my teeth

39:38

now as you can see this tooth just

39:41

crosses over

39:42

slightly you can see it a bit more like

39:46

that I can see it there

39:49

actually uh and then these are all just

39:52

a little bit like crowded like they're

39:55

just not as like straight As I want them

39:57

I do feel like I have a little bit more

39:58

saliva in my mouth than normal maybe

40:01

that's like a mental thing because I

40:02

know I've got something in my mouth or

40:04

like my mouth is like you have something

40:05

in your mouth let's produce saliva um

40:08

but maybe that's just something that

40:10

I'll get used to or I'll just be a bit

40:11

more salivary for the foreseeable who

40:13

knows um and also I can tell my lips

40:15

feel a little bit more dry I actually do

40:17

have quite a bad habit of like biting my

40:20

lips um which I now can't do so like I

40:24

used to be

40:25

like like I would bite B my lips and now

40:29

I can't do that so that's probably a

40:30

good thing to be fair I won't keep

40:32

pointing them out because I do feel like

40:34

it's probably one of those things that

40:35

like if I keep pointing it out you'll

40:37

really notice it whereas

40:39

actually I'm just going to be wearing

40:41

these now until probably the end of the

40:43

year I

40:46

imagine

40:48

hi see you mommy

40:52

cheese is this going to work hello

40:55

everybody I just tried to attach this

41:00

camera to the wind screen and it just

41:03

wouldn't work so I need to get a new one

41:05

of these I mean to be fair I think I've

41:07

had this for a very long time but I was

41:09

just quickly coming on to say I am about

41:12

to go and get my nails done got no V in

41:16

the back uh which means I cannot take

41:19

too long to do this intro because the

41:21

car's not moving she's like what the

41:25

hell there we go originally I was going

41:28

to turn this camera on and do a little

41:29

chat on the way but since I can't attach

41:31

it to the screen I might have to chat

41:35

once we get there I think she might fall

41:37

asleep in the car fingers crossed so

41:39

when we actually reach our destination I

41:41

might be able to like chat to you for a

41:42

bit but that is what I'm doing today I'm

41:46

really liking my makeup today I did it

41:49

downstairs in the conservatory with like

41:50

really good light I feel like that might

41:53

be the difference and I also had one of

41:55

those like really horrible magnif Ying

41:57

mirrors which I usually avoid but I was

42:00

actually using it so maybe my makeup

42:02

looks better because I could see

42:03

everything anticipating I'll arrive a

42:06

little bit early so that we can dive

42:08

into the chat I was originally going to

42:09

have before I realized this was not

42:13

going to hold up the camera I'm here

42:16

however I don't actually have as much

42:19

time as I thought I was going to have

42:23

spare so the chat I wanted to have I'm

42:26

going to have to say for another day um

42:29

Novi is asleep which is good but what I

42:31

was going to like kind of not deep dive

42:34

into but like mention a little bit more

42:36

was what I said at the start of this

42:39

video which is oh my God the like

42:41

postpartum Who Am my identity crisis is

42:45

in full swing over here I am like I've

42:50

forgotten how to film I don't know how

42:52

to film I don't know what you want to

42:54

see I I think it feels very alien to me

42:59

to try and do all the things I was doing

43:01

before because I don't feel like the

43:03

same person doing it and I don't feel

43:05

like this is just a postpartum thing I

43:08

definitely experienced this after ATI

43:10

but I know that people go through these

43:12

kind of like moments in life where

43:15

they're a bit like who am I what did I

43:18

enjoy before how do I dress how do I do

43:22

the things I did before and I think an

43:24

element of that is that life is

43:26

obviously Shi lifted and it's like

43:28

changed and nobody's come along which is

43:30

like the best thing ever but it does

43:32

make the day-to-day Runnings of Life

43:34

very different and when I haven't even

43:38

worked out how to do it yet it feels

43:40

weird to be like vlogging the day or

43:42

like picking up my camera and trying to

43:44

like film I don't know I think I just

43:46

feel a little bit like up in the air a

43:48

bit um so I do apologize if Vlogs are a

43:51

little bit more sporadic or they don't

43:54

feel like they flow as well as normal

43:57

I

43:58

am I'm figuring stuff out who's texting

44:02

me that is in a nutshell in a very teeny

44:05

tiny nutshell what I was going to dive

44:07

into because the postpartum mom identity

44:11

crisis is such a thing that I I didn't

44:14

really know much about before I'd seen

44:17

some people kind of mentioning it and it

44:20

definitely happened when I had novie but

44:22

I I guess because I'd already done it I

44:23

just didn't think it would happen again

44:25

turns out it can happen again so there

44:27

we are that's me I'm floating around my

44:31

head feels like it's going to explode

44:33

most of the time but I'm loving life I

44:35

am loving life it's just trying to

44:37

juggle all the like more practical

44:39

things like picking up my camera and

44:41

filming uh but I'm sure I'm sure within

44:45

a bit of time it will all kind of come

44:47

back to me and I will feel a little bit

44:49

more like confident in myself and in

44:51

like life so bear with me bear with me

44:55

and if you two are watching this and you

44:56

are experiencing the same thing or

44:58

something similar

45:00

then I feel you right it's chucking it

45:04

down with brain I need to get out I need

45:06

to go I need to get the pram out I

45:08

remembered the pram cover which was I

45:11

mean I can't believe I remembered that

45:13

that is something that my brain does not

45:16

usually retain the information for but

45:19

there we go I actually went for this

45:20

really nice white last time and I think

45:22

I might just get the same again cuz I

45:23

just feel like the white Goes With

45:25

Everything feels very for spring um and

45:28

that is one of the most boring things

45:30

I've ever done is just like repeat the

45:32

same solid nail color usually I like to

45:37

sit for 2 hours and Beth will do some

45:39

like crazy nail art uh but I'm not in my

45:44

nail art phase of life right

45:47

now okay let's get the promo it is the

45:49

following day I have new nails they look

45:54

exactly like they did before but not

45:56

great out I love them and I'm going to

45:59

end this Vlog here because it is already

46:01

very very long I absolutely had the best

46:04

time with Mark it was like one of those

46:06

things I really needed and um

46:09

currently packing two kids at two

46:12

different ages both with very different

46:14

needs and things that we use with them

46:17

is a real eye opener when it comes to

46:19

packing bags and also trying to pack

46:22

light which

46:24

is we are going away on a a little mini

46:28

vacay next week which I will be vlogging

46:30

bits of do not worry um so that is what

46:33

we are currently doing packing packing

46:35

and packing but just wanted to say thank

46:37

you so much for watching this video give

46:39

it a little thumbs up if you enjoyed it

46:40

and I'll see you again very very soon

46:42

bye
