necessarily first of all congratulations

what ran through your mind in the first
lock down because everybody from the
beginning of the first bill to the 12th
I kid you not everybody was just on
their feet but what was running through
your mind
um
it's that's just always think I
shouldn't have put too much pressure on
myself stop cuz every time I heard him I
just went crazy and I just couldn't
finish him but I think um what's his
name I think he was tripping he should
have stopped that
fight it was bad he he was really hurt I
felt I felt bad I even looked at 11 12
probably should
stop but um he didn't and that's it
radio R seconds out I am curious what
you did think overall of the referee's
performance particularly in the seventh
round horrible he was a horrible yeah I
mean the guy was holding me for dear
life and I found an opportunity to keep
swinging while my hands were free and I
cracked them and then he took point away
when I cracked him but he howed me and
then like I should have knocked him out
in that seventh round they stole that
from me the referee was horrible I think
everybody in the arena saw it was
horrible it should have been stopped the
first time and Devon was holding and
holding and holding
and ridic that was crazy I never seen
some sh like that he was holding me and
I just whack I whacked him and then he
was hurt and I was like yes done and
then oh
point the the real Judge Johnson
Amsterdam news in the front uh Ryan and
I'd like to he would and Oscar has two
brilliant uh
game
uh did you
right did you think haey felt your power
in the first round how did you how did
you
proceed he got wob bad I mean I'm
surprised he has such good like cover
bro I cracked him in that first round I
thought it was over I he's work and then
he came out firing the second he even
hurt me with the hook and I was like Dam
maybe you do got a little power
Ryan like cenger yes
can congratulations Ryan um look Oscar
you said you're in the leadup to this
fight that some Fighters thrive in the
chaos and need that Ryan did that help
you did this chaotic buildup really help
you focus on man you don't know half of
the [Â __Â ] I've been through my life like
that's [Â __Â ] with nothing like I've been
through some crazy ass moments this
whole fight we is crazy like crazy you
have no clue
[Â __Â ] come out one
day and
Umar swear I swear I had brown hair on
Monday now I got gray
hair look Ryan I mean Deon Haney was on
everyone's P pound list he a great boxer
and you dropped him three times you
never been down
yeah well how does this feel you know
you were counted out and this is a moner
a monster Victory I mean I mean like I
said me and my coach he he's instilled
in my mind L praying wash me what's next
so at the end of the day what's next I
don't care like at the end of day I
already knew I could beat him I was
supremely confident am I happy of course
but at the end of the day like I'm all
about trying to fulfill the will of God
and keep it moving so what's next Who's
Next amen God did amen God did
hey Ryan what's going on man right in
the front right this is Naji from Sagar
uh congratulations big big win tonight
um this when you know in spectacular
fashion with all the knockdowns people
have already started clamoring about a
tank uh part two how do you feel just
you know obviously tank has to take care
of his business with Frank Martin and
Jun but how do you feel what are your
thoughts on trying to make that
Happ said was disrespectful you can talk
about whatever after that that's
disrespectful
I know I interview dere dere knows I'm
just saying that's that's a fight that
people disrespect look I don't think T's
gonna beat Martin but if he did he
wouldn't fight me because I'm moving up
I'm not doing one 147 I can't make
[Â __Â ] 140 I never even technically
fought at 140 I fought every time at 143
my body can't literally go lower than
143 it's impossible I tried every
technique can't do it the only way the
only way he's gonna fight tank Davis
it's a catchweight okay at
45 44 just the way they did it to
him now he's the man now he's the face
of boxing go Ryan come on
nowes
Jes James father and
you spoke you've spoken in the past
about the experience in Vegas the tank
fight the rehydration cause the rib
injury uh the the catch weight what did
you learned from that experience and how
has it helped you in this fight and how
might it help you moving forward in your
career
that people don't give a [Â __Â ] about
you just
just so you know it's War at the end of
the day so I understood that um I can't
play around even negotiations I can't
let him win in anything because uh I
mean at the end of the day I pretty much
did that for the boxing community and
the boxing fans who W that fight despite
all the causes he told me not to
everybody and their mama told me not to
but I was like [Â __Â ] that man you guys
are boring everybody's boring I'm going
fight him win or lose I'm run it and I'm
asside his ass and second I was too weak
I I knew I was going to lose in the back
room I had no power had no power I had
no mind I was dehydrated it was really
bad I should I should have actually died
fing that I should I really but God
protected me because I was blistering
out of my mouth I I I know spit it was
like it was it hurt every day to make
that weight I shook I was shaking in the
de sh is
crazy I Fel would give me sport um I
know you guys just mentioned Davis in my
opinion I believe rematch with Deon
would be a step
back your opinion who would you like to
fight us could it be in the yor I felt
like the New York crowd was really
gravitating I mean I had a vision to
fight fondura at 154 I just know I don't
know why I just feel like I know that's
really really random I just feel like
get before
real quick I fought guys that big before
and I've knocked them out SP c s them so
I want to do
it shout out no
disrespect or I don't
know bottom line is
this rest we're go back to the drawing
we're GNA pick the best fight the best

but guess what if anybody wants to make
money if anybody wants to make money
they have to fight Ryan and guess what
call all the
shot guess what he's going to give you
an exciting fight every single time
that's
right one more uh this KY from the
boxing section uh one for Ryan and one
for Derek James how important was the
have dere James in the corner oh yeah
that's a major key you know um we just
have a great
chemistry
D Derek is a is like a father figure
besides obviously my dad but he's like
father he always U he always uh pulls me
to the side and he not seen me cry
before and he was like you
good don't worry about
that he said you g get through this man
you get through this he said you're
going to get through this you're going
to get through
and you know at the same time I can you
know I can comfort him but at the same
time we get on his ass

[Music]
we'll do a quick five minutes rest
will not
be all right do we have any questions
for any of our um reminding pay-per-view
under cart
Fighters Ste Sports uh Arnold
congratulations man all they win um you
know you heard the crowd afterwards just
what what was your reaction oh man you
know um we coming in it be a tough fight
you know um I think people in my
position you know what uh wouldn't have
took a fight like this you know talking
about guy that's like six foot and Lefty
you know and a good boxer that moves a
lot um you know um you know I had an off
night but Nam one fighter that you know
that's at the topic didn't have an off
night you know so um the now we get back
to the drawing board you know want to
fight um and now just you know get back
to drawing board see what think what did
you think of uh Ryan's performance hey
Ryan Ryan look he looks strong you know
he looks good you know um he he did the
what people were saying the impossible
right but but uh but congrats to Ryan
and his team man you know they deserve
all the
glory first question any interest in the
rematch um after today's fight it was
close the crowd obviously reacted the
way it did would would you consider a
rematch I mean I don't see a point in a
rematch I mean that's the step kind of
back you know we're looking forward you
know what I mean um like I said you know
it's you know name one fighter in the
top you know that hasn't had you know
off night it wasn't an exciting fight
yeah I I couldn't I you know couldn't
find there's a lot that went behind this
fight he was forced to fight a guy the
guy um but he's been number one in the
world for a long time he wants he wants
to ch ch well that's my second question
the champion at the WBO is T Fimo Lopez
you've been chasing him for a while you
went that face to face or attempted face
to face in Vegas after his last fight is
that a fight that you're still
targetting of course I'm on hopefully
after you know he he seen his
performance hopefully after he guys inv
balls and actually wants a fight you
know what I mean so so um you know
that's a fight that I've been trying to
get for for years you know and he he
just been denying it denying it so now
hopefully you know WBO could you know
put his back against the wall and and
fight you know I mean I'm a fighter you
know I'm not I'm not you know I'm not
going to be running around in the ring
you know I know he won't either so I
mean that's that's that's a better fight
for me all right right know if he had a
chance to make any fight you want the
winner you want R next after what he did
tonight what do you want to be next of
course of course 100% you know what I
mean but you know right said he he's
going to move up um you know we can do a
catch we if he wants you know Ian I'll
be stronger as well but you know like I
said any champion at 140 um you know T
my first one cuz I am number one in wo
um you know P Cruz also interestes me
you know a fighter that comes forward
you know I come forward so um so you
know all these all these Champions man
140 you know um I'll be looking to F
anyone um any questions for back I was
never give one y yes both of you better
man just want to ask you what do you
think your performance tonight
especially deal with the headbutts and
the crowd the support from the crowd
both to on that and you just your
thoughts on y way in the Brooklyn dog
Jersey your Camp you
firste
[Music]

it was a good fight good experience for
me and um of a good tough opponent um
very awkward and was since since the
beginning of the fight was head butting
a lot and a lot of clashes happened
Clash of styles probably but uh great
fight great support from the crowd
people were excited and uh I learn from
this fight I get better with every fight
and uh I feel like
um feels like he's h and come on SO
feels like he's hungry so he's ready to
go all right last question back to me
and congrats on on the win and thank you
you're always in exciting and compelling
fights what's next you're talking about
him being ready to go I mean 168 lbs is
a stack division um you know there are a
lot of people out there that aren't
necessarily Canelo W is you Christian
and Billy is an opponent that comes to
mind that would be an exciting fight
what what do you think is next for wants
to he wants to fight for the title he
wants to fight for the title look we
have a big win in two weeks with h Mia
right I fight h m that would be a great
fight okay there's a guy that was here
