and given unique tasks if the coach
decides I pass they'll be giving me a
gold medal if I finish the day with
three gold medals I'll win this massive
trophy worth

doing all of them I think two is still a
challenge if you can do two then I think
you pass I've never tried this in my
entire life

consisting of jumps obstacles and turns

with what we call the Rhythm Section
okay this is one of the most important
parts of a BMX track because the
smoother you get through a straightaway
like this the smoother you're going to
get around the whole track we want to
make sure that you're standing up on the
bike properly so I want you to stand up
