today we're building apartments in The

Sims again but every apartment is to

random Aesthetics oh hey that's

something new it may be impossible

perfect just what we like welcome back

to the wheel of Aesthetics we've got

some oldies but goodies like minimalist

boho also we've added a couple since our

chaos let's spin for the outside

roof oh no thank you this roof is going

to be kind of comp ated huh you probably

can't do it listen I know that you're

trying to trick me but I'm going to

prove you wrong anyway grab a half

hipped roof piece and then put it along

your front here curve it a bit by

dragging this dot in duplicate it on

each side place a platform on top then

raise it up enough that you can add a

finishing platform trim I can contribute

I'm already done sure sure how about

some

Dormers that's really selling it now we

just need more pink a lot more pink

finally we agree how about on the

balconies I'm sorry the what so I jumped

ahead we need B

perfect opportunity to use the pink

unicorn fence oh care what those are

llamas stop no they're not this whole

time yeah no this is not on me look at

this catalog picture doesn't that look

like a horse with a horn oh yeah for

sure somebody else sees this somebody

else tell me you see this Run's looking

good flower boxes Run's going to look

balconies what about the bigger safer

our builds cuz you know we're not adding

adding croquet I'm more thinking like a

too none of the Stalls are cute enough

not cute enough that's against the rules

you want something done cute you have to

do it yourself and by that you mean you

just want to add string lights duh cute

now I'm going to put some things in

there like this coffee machine which I

think I can do by adding it to this

island piece that sized down then I'm

going to take it and shove it into the

platform here that might actually be

functional I think it is I just always

believe something is functional until

proven otherwise and as a backup we'll

just add a drinks tray over here more

tasty treats the better if I don't get

my little treat once a day what's this

all been for I think we could add like a

little grass patch here oh that's nice

like a little dog area nothing says old

money like a little dog the smaller the

dog the bigger the money oh dang I just

thought about the hallways oh shoot

should these still be in the style of um

I was trying to think of a mashed up

celeb name for them should we say it

fast and see if we get anything

absolutely Mone

scotting that's literally these two

Aesthetics combined perfectly let's do

that with everything so fancy flowers

but pink fancy couches but pink a tiny

mail table but pink we can throw in the

classic apartment stuff we need like

some trash shoots and mailboxes wouldn't

it also be cute to take these little

light up light switches and pretend

they're buzzer doorbells we had these in

New York you not that cute our apartment

was definitely not old money yeah just

old and there's the first coet and old

money apartment all done I'm glad the

wheel started us off on one where the

Styles mix so well old money did come

kind of naturally ultimate test though

is it cute the cutest mission

accomplished let's check out the first

apartment first up grunge that's really

cool for an apartment

and Clore this was supposed to be a joke

I'm not laughing no they are yeah I hope

you guys are happy well you know what we

got to add do we have to let's just

cover it up how about no clowns I know

you're joking around but I feel like the

graffiti thing is kind of sick like a

cool street art thing yeah totally oh no

it's kind of a vibe like if we add some

grungy brick to the walls I'm seeing the

vision cuz grung is like edgier and

distressed with a darker color palette

and clown cor is just the worst no it's

supposed to be fun very campy lots of

primary colors we just need like a

grungy base with clown pops so like a

mime no you still have French on the

mind maybe that's it we've got the

perfect grunge couch so we need a clown

rug it's got to be kind of big too maybe

we could do the carpet trick if you need

a specific size Rug but nothing is

fitting you can replace your floor tiles

with like a different kind of flooring

to create your own custom sized rug the

puzzle piece carpet so right and so

wrong at the same time that's going to

be this whole apartment I feel like it's

not even grunge if we don't add some

plaid and some music stuff too like this

record player you think that's just

playing grunge but it's actually

just no that's going to be my head all

day I want to use some industrial bar

stools so we could do the yellow table

but it's so clean that's normally good

for a dining table if we go back to the

graffiti idea but then add it on top

that is so cool like he's an artist and

they tag all the things in their

apartment Yeah the more graffiti the

better definitely not getting his

deposit back they'll never find him he's

like Banksy you know we do have an

in-game Banksy his name is simsy we do

have his signature but we should cover

it up with an easel so he's hiding his

identity I'm just a normal artist here

look I only do normal art things yes yes

nothing to see here oh this might be our

only chance to use this mural garage

door activity thing oh yeah this is so

cool your Sims can actually paint murals

on this and we can light it up perfectly

with our clown balloon lamp yeah that

red glow really adds industrial kitchen

seems obvious I've got maybe my worst

idea yet go on get it out of your system

we have these cabinets oh yeah that's

not so bad the red nice and the orange

okay yeah I go orange instead and the

yellow why aren't you saying or and the

green you're saying and and the blue and

the purple not the full rainbow it fits

perfect we got to do it we can maybe tie

it all in if we add a cool graffiti

piece here too I hate that this is kind

of working my favorite part is adding

all the little details like this hot dog

pick he's so cute no no that was the

last aesthetic I think we got to add the

infinity mirror can't stop looking at it

with that I think we're done just one

more minute no I don't know if the

mirror hypnotized me but I kind of think

the apartment's cool I actually love

that this challenge makes us use things

that we've never used before and never

will again looking at you clown Never

Say Never

Never I have to find a way to make this

bathroom not creepy why would it be

creepy clowns bathrooms there are

literal horror movies about this

checkerboard can't be creepy that is the

perfect mix of clown and grunge you

feeling safer a little but I'm also

going to add a toilet stall that locks

just in case o we have the graffiti one

safety and on theme and a skull oh okay

less safe never thought I'd be glad to

see red and black cabinets I like the

idea of using this like stage light like

a makeup light uhuh for the clown surely

we can find a mirror that fits in here

yeah heads up we cannot in fact find a

mirror that fits in there this is the

weirdest item ever why do you exist I

don't know get it out of here we can get

a better mirror that lights up and it's

red that's way better huh where's the

shower supposed to go oh by the door an

entrance shower it's very efficient we

can move the stall over to the corner

and maybe fit the shower on this side oh

University shower what would we do

without you some really not fun

bathrooms that's what why are you adding

a rubber duck to the shower it's ironic

he's a clown he's all about the jokes

how about this funny egg rug if you

could think of a good joke we can keep

it or a yoke if you will I cracked me up

that's an even better one hey go get it

this wall feels like just a wall and do

you want it to be more now okay now how

about we make it a cool statement wall

with some graffiti our biggest one yet

it's perfect this whole bathroom is

pretty perfect I feel like we're doing

just the right mix yeah it's somehow

feeling normal dare I say cool I

wouldn't dare just yet we could still

mess this all up in the bedroom right I

like the idea of doing something a

little different back here like some

plaster maybe with some of the brick

peeking through oh the decals are a nice

touch it's a metaphor the plaster

peeling off the brick like a clown

wiping off his white makeup revealing

his true face beneath or it just looks

neat about too black plaid bed yes

rainbow checkerboard rug yes and a black

rainbow pillow yes yes yes yes yes all

these curtains look too nice we need the

grunge like dirty curtains these tarp

ones kind of look like the bed sheets

for the bed that's pretty good and makes

sense who uses a top sheet anymore

comforter only gang rise up we will need

to shrink one for over here that could

be an extra ra pillowcase but we do

stand pillowcases of course we're not

monsters that computer Swatch is golden

not even the PC is safe from our little

artist we should have way more art in

here like I've seen those Gallery walls

that are filled with those posters in

this style that's a lot of grunge we can

counterbalance it I've been eyeing this

bowling pin pop art piece that's made

for this challenge to add even more

depth I'm going to grab this wall

splatter and then duplicate it like a

bunch so it looks like a spray paint

Mark he did kind of a terrible job

trying to hide it he's probably proud

this is going to be a nice size closet

like to be able to look inside if only

someone would help me well it's

impossible sorry just kidding let's open

the door first you place one door add an

arch around it draw a diagonal wall

Place another door thank you that was

the appropriate reaction delete the wall

and you're done this closet has an open

door policy yay I'm going to put so many

funny things in here this is the secret

space so some more graffiti of course

but also some funny clo things like I

think if we size up this pair of shoes

and cover the second set with a box

these can be his clowning shoes that's

brilliant we need some regular ones for

comparison just a few more clown Easter

eggs like some juggling balls a

magician's rabbit binder set and a

strongman trophy just to finish things

out so that's the last room all finished

so do we ever decide what this style is

called uh either glown or clowne I like

clown okay surprisingly I like it too

you guys know the drill the tour is

going to be at the end so we can move on

to the the next apartment wait why is

this the top floor did we actually start

on the second floor it's Apartments they

all look the same says the one who did

it this is why we haven't hit a million

subscribers yet it's a Stakes like this

please subscribe we'll be better I swear

it's spinning time you owe was something

good wheel that one was weird Okay y 2K

and huh cyberpunk that's uh I don't know

how to feel I think we can do it we are

going to have to so that's good to start

this place is going to get a glow up I'm

going to add these RGB lights from high

school years around the entire space

cyber Punk is known for futuristic clean

lines and a whole heck ton of neon like

literally every picture just has like a

Purple Haze over it the more I think

about it that totally works with Y2K you

just take the dark colors out and switch

them for light bright pastels this is so

going to be seen on girl of the 21st

century that's actually who lives here

to get these to the color we want just

hold shift and click on the light to

change it you can do this in build mode

with tool mod or in live mode if you

don't have it oo I love how the light

looks bouncing off the white so let's do

a white kitchen too I want it to look

Sleek the home Chef hustle cabinets have

lights in them anything that has

built-in lights in this game is going in

this build we have the opportunity to

use the money trash can and it not look

weird this never happens we have to do

that is it strange I love how minimal

this is I'm with you I'm just going to

add a few touches of chrome since it's

so Y2K and it kind of feels robot Spacey

too robot spacey but B two build win we

can pivot no no I'm liking this that

implies you wouldn't like the B two one

these growing together chairs are

perfect they have the cyberpunk lines

but like the Y 2K colors and a plant is

that in the style it's always the style

hear me out giant neon sign hear me out

giant mirror wall behind it no hear me

out glow columns around the whole thing

I think we're both listening to each

other and saying the same thing um so

into the purple ghost chairs what rug

you want to pair with it something funky

the blue pretty funky the pink funkier

or big old circles that I size up with

the right bracket key and then layer

perfectly the funkiest I don't like how

much the outdoor style door stands out

so you added glowing columns around it I

thought it would help well more lights

has to be the solution actually that

does look better I knew I was close I

want to fit a big TV on this wall that's

going to cover the windows this one

looks like a projector screen we could

Pro and it rolls up and down yeah don't

be mad I'm not even a little bit sorry

don't let them hear you I hate to say it

cuz this goes against everything we

stand for but the high school Year's LED

panels that you could only get in

pre-order are going to have to go in

here oh they just look too good it's not

our fault I am a little sorry this time

you know what let's turn our floor

counting mistake into a happy accident

we're on the ground floor now so let's

use that to our advantage are we sinking

the living room we're sinking the living

room since when have we had glowing

stairs the catalog is eating right now

I'm wondering if another strip of RGB

would be too much we could do it a

different color so this section like

really pops that's so good I'm obsessed

I've never liked anything more this is a

prime chance for the gaming console to

go in this girl is so a gamer your sim

will be able to play video games with

this on the big screen and there's a

debug controller too just FYI what can't

you find in debug I haven't found out we

can't finish this room without some teen

magazines for Y2K perfect this is so

different than anything we've ever done

before do you think it's in a good way

in the best way God I'm so glad you like

it I do too oo it looks so pretty it's

just gorgeous I think the talking toilet

has to go in here it talks why would

they make that for this bathroom I think

something should stay uninvented oh and

we also have the super Sleek shower what

does it sing that would be silly of

course not it

dances party bathroom the lights are on

the shower's dancing the toilet I know

we did platform tub last time mhm what

if we do sunken tub this time sink it

I'm going to leave this little platform

here and then just Nestle in a tub next

to it we can put things on that that's

our favorite kind of spot the white was

so good in the living room would it look

cool if we just covered everything in

tile everything everything that reads

super Y2K to me now to add something

that's a little bit of a mix of both

we've got this neon sign and it comes in

a heart Swatch size it up mhm mhm mhm

got any talking sinks you forgot to

mention well these are speaking to me

but not in like a weird way they just

give compliments you look so pretty the

bathroom's going great keep building

kind of sad we already used the glowy

mirror downstairs

upstairs I keep

forgetting I'm never going to live this

down up Live It Up oo I forgot the other

spotty one has lights I like that even

better and it even comes in a purple

Swatch to match the door can't believe

we found that it's like a regular glass

door but tinted purple another glass

door into a bathroom they're never going

to forgive us this one's frosted

probably and awesome definitely that's

all that matters I wouldn't mind a

colorful rug to break up some of the

tile something Y2K how about pink cow

Sensational can't forget to add the

light switch even the light switches in

this apartment glow it's giving

futuristic public pool bathroom Vibes

but I like that should I added a pool

next time just a bedroom left well we've

never used the sleep pod and we never

will I gave you the talking toilet you

are not getting that well instead of

cyber Punk maybe we go Y2K and we use

the pastel pop bed instead I love this

bed the headboard always reminds me of a

cloud ooh ooh ooh

ooh okay really out there thought Cloud

shelf not that weird sized way up and

going under the bed like it's like a

cloud platform bed that's so freaking

cute and not even functional a little

bit oh come on well then fix it I'll do

it but only cuz I actually can I always

believe first I'm going to draw in a

basement then add in the cloud shelf and

a light and then raise it up into the

next room with the nine key and Tada

Tada is right that's magic did the

paneling kind of take away from the bed

I'm glad you said something cuz I have a

wacky plan will there ever be another

chance to use the light up spa day wall

I was so prepared to hate it but it's so

dreamy it looks like it's floating on a

sunset in the past all pop side tables

just look like little side clouds but

they look like to me is the perfect

place for a lava lamp now that's y 2K

and cyberpunk looks like a little rocket

I've wanted to use the modular shelf

system from dream home decorator this

whole time and this wall is going to be

it they have like six different pieces

of different sizes that all fit together

to form like a really unique closet I

thought this over here was going to be

the closet it was what's it

now what are we doing under the window I

thought that I could just shove a desk

in there not that one it don't like it

honestly this part by itself would look

good as a desk if we just hack it okay

accessing the main frame I'm going to

take an island piece throw this super

sweet gaming PC on here so sweet then

I'm going to move it where I want it and

then size this cabinet all the way down

pop on a bar stool and I got everything

I wanted she's a pro that mirror is

actually too good right and I think we

can tuck some posters back behind here

too I like that that adds in some anime

we're missing that kind of cyber Punk

element and then the pastel colors are

the Y2K I think this can be a little bit

more cluttered than the main rooms yeah

this is where she keeps her cool stuff

we could pop in a little plushy and

maybe some of those trading cards she

can have a box at the closet and then

have some stacked on top like this is

where she houses her collection yeah the

ones out here like the special editions

blue eyes white dragon it's time

to

Y can't believe we didn't go Pokemon

that's much much more accurate why we do

Pokemon why did we go Yu-Gi-Oh she's a

gamer she needs a little energy drink I

thought you were going to say headphones

I think she needs the energy drink more

we almost forgot the most important

thing whatever we're going to do with

the closet no I'm purposfully ignoring

that this the Boom Cube this thing comes

from luxury party our least used stuff

pack pack pack any kind of pack it is so

hard to work with because you cannot

size it at all you can just make the

light bigger so unnecessary let's pop

the laser SL show on this item too

speaking of things you've probably never

seen in live mode this lights up and

puts on a little laser show what is this

room onry it's machines cyberpunk it

kind of works stretching but I think

we'll take it and I'll add in some

flowers that covers the Y 2K we did it

we have never liked anything RGB but

this may have changed my mind this is

going to be a room I remember in such a

good way this whole apartment is like

such a surprising top tier build for me

I'm a pastel Punk girly now well we can

only go up from here literally let's

head to the top floor are you sure

that's the top I don't know where

anything is last spin of the day

minimalist pirate core here we come

don't tempt it first up plant

bomb strong start wait I'm so excited

you do let's just not spin for the last

one

and dark Academia no freaking way thank

you wheel the wheel must have felt real

bad about clown core Welcome to our

bread and butter books and plants dark

Academia is one of our favorite

Aesthetics it's pretty straightforward

think of a University library but with a

dark secret and then plant mom is just

plants

y'all as many as we can get in here so

this wall needs a bookcase and we can

make one go floor to ceiling with the

booknook kit they come in a bunch of

sizes and different swatches so you can

really mix and match them what goes on

this while then another bookcase and

this one I think you see where this is

going so we may have gone too far
