and I know I'm here and I know a lot of
people see me doing social media and
they think this is all a social media
thing but I want to show the team I want
to show the coaches I want to show
everyone I'm serious so I make it a
point to be the first one out every
single day kind of setting a tone man
and letting these people know that I'm
here for real and I'm mean business
and they did a lot of a lot of budget
cuts in the league so there's a lot less
help this man is doing everything
bro you get that you get that shot don't
tell him but a specialist got him a
little bottle of tequila he said he like
tequila so we're going to bring it to it
tomorrow hey us specialist got something

level yes sir all right yes sir all
right this is pre-practice Specialists
are usually the first guys out while
everyone's practicing on here we don't
got a lot of room so we come out early
so we could get some kicks on the post
why is the post leaning it's supposed to
be
here but instead is
here H slightly better before anything
there's a couple guys I need y'all to
meet our special ops
crew kickers punters long Snappers we
got Rex Sahara which is our Long Snapper
real cool guy he's like 67 that boy
could long snap the hell out of ball
he's very quiet very chill he's kind of
like the dad of the group lowkey he's
like the voice of reason for us all the
time huh work now right I don't like the
attitude right there no no no all right
let's see how the LI are today oh it's
SP [Â __Â ] that boy on all all on ESPN

LIC today all 12:00 all 12:00 then we

got to be serious but then there's Matt
amandola he's bounced around a lot of
teams in NFL I think he played for the
Chiefs Green Bay played for the for the
Jets and also for the Texans oh and the
Cardinals so he's kicked at the highest
level possible and this is the man I'm
competing
[Music]
against I wish it were colder go bras
ready ready set oh
okay good hit today's a really
interesting day there's 20 mph cross
winds and it's 40° so uh the conditions
are a little bit out of my comfort zone
but one thing coach party likes to say
our special teams coach is Midstream
adjust no matter what comes at you you
got to be able to adjust and adapt so
that's what I tried to do that
day oh my
God yeah

just at all look the wind stop ready
ready
[Music]
set
nice setting it on the 25 after this
kick Ready Ready
set go
nice after we warm up we basically just
sit around for a while our field goal
period comes later on in the day
probably like an hour hour and a half
into practice but for the most part it's
just staying busy move around and just
be ready cuz just like in that game when
your name is called and when that field
goal period's called up you better be
ready for action cuz now we're chilling
until
20:05 that's when we're kicking again
it's probably like 12:45 if that right
now at the professional level these
practices are well oiled machines
everything is structured everything is
timed everything is scheduled down to
the freaking minute but of course
structure breaks down and when the
structure breaks down there's
chaos this is our first time kicking
field goals with a line in front of us
coach said we're each going to get six
kicks Matt goes up makes his now it's my
turn ready ready
set so you move it back a couple yards
head over to the right hash Matt goes
bangs his and then it comes to me ready
ready
set hit it on the toe of my foot and now
we're down once to that's okay hey this
is good practice though you know what
I'm saying Ser this is good practice at
least I moved around a little bit before
we thank
God ready ready
set I know I can't miss to two in a row
if you miss two in a row you basically
just fold in like some origami paper at
that point ready ready
set nice nice oh line y'all doing a
great job y'all doing a great
job it's a Miss wind takes it left so I
know it's my turn to really just put
myself back in the game ready ready

[Applause]
[Music]
Matt goes up makes
his all I got to do is bang this last
and final kick and we looking good keep
being locked in in our footwork ready
ready
[Music]
set win
bab I get you
your
[Music]
back in a room after practice got hit
with some adversity today for show went
out there freezing cold temperatures
very windy four for six on field goals
today not the best um both of us kickers
went four for six that's what
66% that ain't good enough um and that's
my first time kicking with a snap hold
in in line in what like 7
year yeah like seven years that's crazy
but it's good though you feel me your
boy got his feet wet a little bit at the
end of the day it's all about getting
better this is really day one of kicking
at Camp I do this [Â __Â ] bro I'm here for
a reason well we ain't going to let one
little day throw us off our game we
ain't going to let one little Day affect
our confidence we got to get our mind
right we got to get back out there and
do our thing let's get money let's be
great so okay that was kickoff looking
he getting them post to the to the 20
see y'all are in the uh in the stadium
though so it's the wind don't be hitting
y'all like that though n shit's
different [Â __Â ] our [Â __Â ] bro we got Gil
Force Crosswinds
fam going to start hear [Â __Â ] now oh [Â __Â ]
I Ain nothing I ain't H nothing Dam
so I'm going to tell youall a little bit
about how this training camp is going
you guys saw me on the field but there's
a whole home aspect that's very new to
me cuz we're staying at a holiday in
it's not the nicest hotel this is
bringing back down to the basics it's
very humbling it's very grounding and in
some ways I love it it's not perfect by
no means it's not perfect there's a lot
of things in this room that just irk me
but I found tweaks to all of them first
and foremost my dresser I'm a little OCD
about things I put my clothes in my
dresser and every time I close it it
just slowly slowly slowly just opens all
the way back up bro so I went got some
duct tape duct tape I'm shut also I'm
trying to watch TV the NFL combine is
going on right now and every time you
turn the TV on it starts on Channel 3
the combine is on like channel 40 so I'm
sitting there hitting a button trying to
change the channel and it literally
takes like 5 seconds for each channel to
load bro which it's building patience
let's look at it as a positive another
thing that just irked me and I had to
really really get on my macabra bag and
Jerry rig this crap every time I take a
shower whenever I want the water at a
perfect temperature the lever is like
right here about 90° but the thing is
loose so every time I put it to 90 it
just keeps rolling and rolling and
rolling and the water becomes boiling
freaking hot bro so I went and got my
hairpick and I just Jam that thing in
the socket and now it stays other than
that I'm comfortable I feel good I'm the
only one out of whole thing that has her
own room so you know I'm grateful for
that but I feel great I've turned it
into my own little humble abod that I
could just come back and focus and
attack every day the best way I
can baby that I drive got a k but how
you knew that I was rich was it your
intuition this a Ferrari porino with the
silly Miss I'm a profet I know what's
coming like homo my [Â __Â ] ain't pressing
on no lashes like indivisual how you
vegan B and all your ex's chicken
littles I'm a fine ass big boy God did
this big one butterfly my [Â __Â ] do
[Music]
PR I got
get I never me
you that's so simple but so most
important part of the kicking game
handshakes feel me and Rexy miss the
Superstition have to put his prti Jersey
on every
day or else Lord knows what would happen
to him ready ready
set
baby over that fence
boy oh
[Â __Â ] another day of camp another
opportunity to prove to these coaches
and to everyone that I deserve this job
today we work working on kickoffs which
is my bread and
butter usually you kick off from the 35
in most Pro leagues except the UFL you
kick off from the
20 damn I hate that
[Â __Â ] the 20 is [Â __Â ] crazy
bro hey here's what we're going to do
everybody on this unit doesn't matter if
you're one two three or four you are
going to cover two KS
okay and I want to make sure I say this
it is not my intention to gash y'all out
okay but at the same time has anybody in
here ever had a safety where they had to
cover from the 20 raise your hand if you
have okay so those are the only guys
that truly know what this is going to be
like coach HKS the
horn kick off kick off special teams let
go time deep left deep left inside that
ball nice f the
balless and just right out the gate and
he does the one thing you do not want to
do as a kicker is kick it out of bounds
second team we're up second team we're
up middle deep left middle de left let's
get
[Music]
money nice I see you one
night third group third group
good good good find the ball compress
[Music]
compress 414 18 yd line hey BR can we
get another
ball 389 15 yd line move deep left
middle deep left ready
[Music]
wa
[Music]
18422
Y Line I got under the last one man but
it's all good hung pretty good good
perod good [Â __Â ]
boy I got under that last one where the
last one land 17428 do you remember the
other ones or no who got down someone
got now we got we gave him to coach you
were all you were over four and then
your longest one went to the
seven that was a good period y'all boys
I felt like every single ball I hit very
well there was a cross winds slightly as
well so our placements were a little off
because of that wind but distance-wise
hangtime wise I feel like I freaking
crushed it
today can I get one of those for
practice uh yeah I'll French out one but
you have to return it to me yes sir that
make sense here we are let's get it man
what's up how we doing how we doing
kickoff was was I think was pretty solid
yesterday I do need to work on my ball
placement but I wanted to and I want to
make sure I say this cuz I talked to
Matt a little bit and and I'm going to
be honest with you so you know I know
I've said this before but just we're on
the same page last year the average was
the 10 in my
mind I don't want to I don't want to
have like a a 3.8 3.7 hang and push it
all the way but we're we're looking for
that sweet spot of if we can get a 40 or
better on the 10 or deeper you know what
I mean and that's where I thought you
know I thought your time and your ball
placement was phenomenal you know as far
as your hang time and where the ball was
Landing cuz I don't know if you noticed
but you got a ball to the seven yeah I
know yeah that's proud of that one
that's exceeding expectations so my last
one I got under it and it it got to the
17 which is not great but if I would
have got a hold of that one prob would
have been like to the five and really as
long as we can get it 20 and in we're
going to put ourselves in a good
position the thing I was happy about and
I'll pull some of these up the returners
these guys it was good for everybody
returners bit on this yeah they they had
a wakeup
call dude if I can if I can get it to
actually go forward so we'll watch this
first dude and I'm sorry with the
slow-mo I'm not touching
anything I got to aim that more you're
good on the on the landmarks right no
but I'm saying like this is what our
game field is exactly like in San Anton
I know the Pro numbers are here right
the pro numbers are these ticks right
here here here and here I thought your
accuracy for where you're aiming was on
point you know what I mean cuz it looks
like at least when your hips are coming
through it you know I know you probably
aimed a little bit left but it looks
like dead center and two you know like
we talked about with the field goals
dude it seems like anytime we get a kick
period it's it's a little windy yep I'm
just more so watching plant nice yep
that's my [Â __Â ] I love kickoff no doubt
well I'm going to be honest with you
like especially in this league you got
to have a driver you know what I mean
like this is not in the NFL you need to
kind of have you know at times a wedge
to be able to do Sky kicks but in this
league like we've got to send that so
last thing and then I'll get you out of
here just something I have a heads up on
we're going to scrimmage Houston next
week get it
