officially doing our new house tour we
moved in about 3 months ago and there's
still a couple little things that have
to get done but bear with us we're too

it forget about it so this is a a
midcentury style home I believe it was
built
in 19 something we had a lot of
mid-century furniture in the last home
and we weren't able to let it live in
its natural environment now it can
finally do what it's supposed to do the

breathing the couches are on the wall we
walk in the couch is

so this is the living room unfortunately
we do get a lot of compliments on our
furniture that's not the unfortunate
part A lot of people ask where we get
certain things and un
fortunately most of it I would say 90%
of everything in this house is Facebook
Marketplace or offer up so you do do
have to dig we buy everything secondhand
it's always a better deal you can get
like cool pieces for you know much
cheaper than buying things brand new for
example this mirror yes Facebook
Marketplace this is actually a closet
door from the 1960s so Jordan come on
wait what do you see I did not the
wheels on the bottom it's a sliding
closet door that is actually
the is that cool so instead of buying
$1,000 oh that's such a good idea it's a
closet door that's incredible and it
fits perfectly in that wall look at it
with this door shut tell me this wasn't
made for the house we got I can't I
can't tell you thaty speechless he's
like why did this mirror let's get into
some details wa we have to get into the

Tower this is um not a spiral staircase
so one thing about pets is I don't like
when there's pet stuff everywhere so I'm
always looking for things that are
disguised as pet toys a
giant I really wanted it to be discreet
no people walk in and they don't realize
it's a cat tower at first it kind of
just looks like a piece of art um
nobody like I don't know I don't know
this is a cat tower so we got this off
Amazon the wood was actually just like a
regular like really light you can kind
of see it in this little Gap so he
thought we should stain it darker to
match the rest of the house Dean do you
want to show them Dean come on look he's
so excited come on Dean scratch scratch
scratch look at him he loves it come on

took him a while to it he fell a couple

works sounds unbelievable too um this is

excited about I just wanted to show that
one real quick the TCA lake house this
matches the door like that blue the
oranges the yellows are you kidding me
this freaking tissue
box you poker table Dean's little day
bed this where he hangs out all day and
we got him a little bird feeder so he
can watch the birds ew what is on the
floor no it's a grasshopper eat it don't
eat it Jordan well I don't know what to
do with it I'll put in my it original
fireplace yes they did paint over it I
wish they didn't mhm what do you want to

on this Facebook Marketplace is a Costco
kitchen cart from the 1950s this is
actually a three-piece so you can take
this one down and put it here and you
can Center that one so you can have like
a little bit more narrow this was
actually empty we took this piece of
glass if anyone gives a we took
this piece of glass from our old bar
cart m and we screw what did we do we
put duct tap we put longer screws
through here so you could set the glass
onto it so it would fit yeah I wouldn't
put more than 3 lbs on it but it's
stunning little
roomy very relatable lot of bugs this
light was from the old house this was in
the dining room yeah we changed a lot of
the light fixtures just wasn't the vibe
we will put them back when we move out
if the landlord's watching it will be
fixed and these three in heathan his dad
did those this picture here we thought
this was going to be a full siiz like 5T
by 5 I thought this was going to I
pictured it on that wall covering the
entire wall centimet not inches it would
have looked really good though on that
wall wait what's going on that wall we
don't know yet I want a neon sign there
yeah there's these like wooden shelves
sort of that only fit records like
vinyls so we're going to put just long
ones and put our vinl cool like record
display there's a lot of really cool
clocks like mid-century like Starburst
kind of clocks that we're looking for to
get on the fireplace on this side I'll
put up a couple to see um maybe vote

coffee station y my mom in Middle School
made this for my grandma it was a school
project they had to go home and grab a
dish Rag and they turned it into an
apron Grand that's the sickest thing
I've ever seen in my life that's so cute
so this is a dish towel from my mom's
house in Brooklyn she went to school and
she turned into an oh I love that where
did we get these fruits from the store
no our own backyard gross this sold me
on the house my favorite fruit ever I'm
not like other
people grapefruit is my ultimate
favorite fruit we have a freaking
grapefruit tree two orange trees one
seedless one regular uh kumquats Jordan
found out he's allergic but I think it's
because he ate 17 in a row I don't think
he's actually and we have a lemon tree
lemon tree y a grapefruit hack if you're
a grapefruit lover not a hack grapefruit
tool these are on Amazon grapefruit
spoons see the little teeth so it's easy
to dig
out oh one thing about this kitchen the
kitchen doesn't have cabinets so still
getting used to it like these are where
our dishes go yeah it's a little
different I got these drying racks and I
just put them in the drawers to hold the
dishes isn't she something that's oh
this is like not my channel given the
girl little um hat also there is no like
short drawer for silverware they're all
this tall so we just put the silverware
up there yeah you know expose the to the
jourm I like it it feels like the work
on your immune system over here this is
my drawer coffee I got my flavored PB
stash this is all my peanut butter
powder this is uh little protein you
know little tea action come on Dean
let's go look oh more more animal

lake house the office was playing 20 47
it was at this house what is this new
show that has been playing since I've
arrived this is my wife and

bedroom this is Dean's dinner table
that's where Dean eats I love that I
actually love this and people always are
like why is it in there but I really
like it we got these two fake plants
from World Market one of the plants has
wait what this doesn't matter no no no I
am one of these people that don't
understand this as well oh yeah well
it's never been done before never been
SE the one plant has these little fake
olives on it and Dean kept chewing at
them so just until he was done with like
his teething phase we like put it
somewhere out of the way and he put it
in this spot and I used i i invented
this I used bathroom and I'm like why do
I love this it's not practical keep in
mind the shower doesn't get used okay
here we go come on in I shouldn't block
it I love it it's definitely not
fun um something about it people put
Eucalyptus in the shower that's it is

movie played and it was like this robot
cars and he was like and it was just
like flashing and he was just like this
it was like we like busted him watching
something he show it I got the yeah tell

my good side though go over
there so I got this this this sheet and
these pillows with the the birds on it
can you see that yeah I got these at an
estate sale in calabases and they are
unused vintage from the 60s they were in
the package does that mean someone died

the I made sure the whole family was
there oh okay except for the grandmother

of our favorite places this lamp was
really cool it used to look like that

but um oh yeah Dean's teething stage

swapped out this was in the guest house
of the old house cute little nightstands
they're perfect size we couldn't fit
anything too big and we wait can can you

goes up to my head we got our little
Christmas Story lamp our lava lamp our
swing in our beastro set this is so cute

amazing so we got it on the TV oh little

here is a camera basically kind of weird
but it shoots down at the TV and it
sinks to the lights on the back so

shining on the wall so it makes the
whole room feel like an experience it's
