Building the All-Razer Gaming Setup!

ladies and gents I'm back here again at

Micro Center in Tustin California with

another challenge so Micro Center is

actually doing a razor day for these

next two days where all of Razer

peripherals are up to 50% off and

they've challenged me to do a Razer PC

setup so I'm excited to go in and see

what they

yo is that a razor themed car right

there that looks badass I wonder if it

on whoa this is like jam-packed over

here what's going on over here

absolutely so this is the 2024 Razer

Lexus TX back here of course it's

powered by razor blade 15-in laptop well

each one of these pushes to a different

monitor somewhere in the vehicle which

is great let's say you're done playing

uh you know done playing on the PC we

got Xbox series X built in as well

that's wild

what you know so there that is this car

functional at all you can drive it it is

fully functional oh dude that's sick in

a lot of different ways so also got a

Core X chroma external GPU down here uh

I think we got a RTX 480 super in there

D life is good C Management's really

good Razer you're stepping it up I love

it got all the cables running through

and inside this Hub over here

nice so on the inside of course you know

we pulled out the original seats of the

the Lexus TX and dro the brand new Razer

isra V2 gaming chairs in there so

phenomenal nice and comfy that's in the

second and third row seats there's more

chairs back there this is crazy

dude full display over here keyboard and

mouse you'll never get bored of road

trips that's for sure

it's a nice change to finally shop

around for parts without sticking under

a specific budget so I'll start

Gathering the parts for my PC build

first and then we'll make our way to the

setup gear I've been showing AMD a lot

of love recently in the micr center

video so it's time to change it up a

little bit and show some love for Intel

so for the processor we're going to be

going with the I9 14900 K the question

is do they even have it in stock so we

got the 13 9900ks over here we got the

12 gen processors over here I don't see

any um

14900 K we got the 14700 k h oh yeah

there we go it's up there, 1400k is up

there all right there are the

Beauties 13 gen move

over it's time for the latest and

greatest got the I9 14900 K let's

go for the operating system we are going

with Windows 11 Pro luckily microser

does sell windows keepy here as well

starting from Windows 10 home all the

way up to Windows 11 Pro but luckily I

did already pick up a key from your CD

key.com on the way here they sell

Windows 11 Pro keys for around 20 bucks

and you can find Windows 10 Pro keys for

around 15 using the code ts20 after

checking out they'll send you an email

on how to retrieve the key and all you

guys have to do is go into the

activation settings and put it in to

activate Windows the CPU down now it's

time for the graphics card they told me

they didn't have a 4090 as expected so

we're going to get a 4080 super

instead all right so here's the GPU

aisle over

here doesn't look like they got any 490s

on the Shelf unfortunately they're all

4080

supers 5 minutes later so I was told

that the uh 480 supers are low in stock

and that's the last thing I want to do

is come here and take their final stock

I rather have those cars go to their

customer so we're going to downgrade one

more time to the 4070 TI super instead

so I think we'll go to 470 TI super

inside the bill from Zotac the New

Hollow

black it's a pretty cool looking card

actually all right motherboard we're

going to go with tough this time around

z790 plus Wi-Fi this already supports 14

gen processors the box so no need to

flash anything and it's a good looking

board to be

honest I do a lot of strick build so you

know let's let's change it up for this

video all right time for memory I'm

definitely putting G scale memory this

time

around they do have better reliability

when it comes to XMP

overclock this is optimized for AMD Expo

not that it makes a huge difference but

i' rather stick to something that's

already Intel XMP 3. already so we'll go

with these

ones okay

yep these are 6,000 MHz so they're a

little

faster all right for storage I don't

need much do want to add some more just

for space for additional games I feel

like a 2 tab is good

enough from Inland this is the TN 470

PCI Gen 4 speeds

pretty good uh read and right speeds as

well this will do just

time feel like 850 WS is plenty since

we're not going with the

490 we don't need that much power Asus

tough 850 watt I think this is

enough ATX 3.0 compatible as well 80

plus gold

certified we're

set you know I always pass by the

Corsair aisle and we never use Corsair

in the previous build so I say we show

them some love this time let's go with

the H 150i RGB there should be

plenty it's been a while course

I don't know if you guys know this but

Micro Center has a bob section where you

can essentially pick the parts you want

for your system they'll build it for you

and the awesome thing about it is that

you have the entire store to choose your

parts so you pretty much guaranteed to

walk out of here with your dream gaming

PC I do want to pick up some

fans we are going with the Corsair

cooler so it only makes sense to go with

some Corsair fans

let's see what they got ooh they're

magnetic

ones I haven't used these before feel

like three of these are

enough all right time to pick a case it

what's going on here my PC name is like

previous videos I'm kind of discouraged

and disappointed that

no one remembers the name it's it's such

an iconic build and you know I'm working

on Big Red version 5 very soon so this

only means one thing I'm going to have

to tone down the questions again on the

next Micro Center visit um we have to

have a winner guys otherwise I won't

leave the store happy basically we've

kind of built up a corer momentum so

might as well stick to a COR airc case

it's only

natural uh the only problem 3000d

airflow is a bit too small doesn't

support 360 mil

RADS and so does the 4000d airflow it

only supports uh two 120 mm fans on the

top so we're have to make the jump to

the 5000d airflow instead Yep this is

it oh this is

heavy all right all right so we're done

shopping for our PC parts now let's head

on over and look for gear for our setup

so Micro Center rep actually just told

me that they're having some awesome

deals on monitors for their Microcenter

monitor Madness for the entire month of

March so let's check and see what kind

of deals they got for a monitor and

maybe we'll pick one up for the

setup so this one's actually a pretty

good deal right now um this is the s

Samsung Odyssey G6 32-in display 240 HZ

of fresh rate and a 1 millisecond

response time this will be amazing for

the Razer theme setup and the price is

actually really good too retail $800 but

Micro Center has it for $350 off so the

total would be 450 bucks that's a pretty

damn good

yeah all right here is the Razor stuff

found it it's the kind of deals they got

going on I do want Wireless that's for

sure preferably TKO I don't need a full-

siize board I think we found on these

gents Black Widow V3 mini hypers

speed it's technically 65% but that's

fine but it is Wireless so let's go with

this oh here the mice there we

go uh what to go with obviously Wireless

I did hear good things about the Viper

so let's see if you can snag a Viper

ultimate or Viper Pro I think this will

do just

fine there we go found the

headsets question is what should we go

with black shark V2 Pro is looking

pretty good or should I go with the

black shark v2x the X sounds cooler this

has to be the better

headset um um oh you know what this is

Wireless so let's Go Wireless I've

already made the commitment to the

wireless so let's go with

this speakers where are the speakers at

ah found you guys uh we'll do a soundbar

why not we'll get one of these thethan

X and the final piece to the Exodia

puzzle the microphone if we can find

razor siren in here

somewhere all right the only one I found

is the the white one unfortunately I

don't think this will work we do need

the full size and we do need the black

color so it fits in the setup so close

yet so

far they only have the display one

unfortunately

uh it's not the end of the world I mean

we don't need a microphone technically

you can use the microphone from the

headset
