turning 20 so me and my two girlfriends
we went out to Colorado disaster hit
while I was in Colorado with my friends

on August 10th I also hit a million

same day and it was supposed to be the
most happiest day ever because this is
something I've been working for I was
still trying to soak in the fact that we

where we were going to go eat for dinner
to celebrate and then I got a message on
my phone my Mercedes app was blowing up
it was talking about your car has been
in an accident car put on like Collision
mode there has been a side impact I mean
I was getting so many messages on that I
called Jacob and he was not answering me
and I was blowing him up and I was so
scared I didn't know what had happened I
didn't know if they were okay I didn't
know if the car was getting towed and he
had parked it somewhere I just didn't
know what was going on and then I was
finally able to get a hold of Jacob and
they had actually hit a curb basically
like broke the rim on the car but it was
just the tire there was actually no body

freaking out I was crying so hard

initially quoted a lot of money to
actually fix the tire because of this
car being such a expensive car it was
supposed to be a lot and obviously at
this point we had no other option you
know what I literally pay insurance for
this reason we're just going to have
them fix it these parts are expensive
like let's just do it so months went on
from this moment for some reason we just
kept getting delayed and delayed and
delayed and we got up to the point where
it was 2 months and I was packing up to
leave to get my BBL in Houston which was
in September I get my surgery I recover
and my car is still not done being
repaired and keep in mind this was a car
that hit a curb nobody had answers for
me so at this point we figured out that
they were having issues fixing my car
because there was a braking issue
apparently they would hit the brakes on
my car and it would go soft so it would
be mushy whatever that means they had
done everything to my car and they were
telling me to basically just wait and
give them time that they were getting
technicians out and someone was going to
figure out what was wrong with the car
weeks and weeks and weeks went by and at
this point people started to really pick
up on the fact that I wasn't using my
Mercedes so now everyone is commenting
about it I don't know what to do so
after this I went to Mercedes and I was
like okay you know I get that this is
something that you guys can't figure out
but can I please have a laner c they end
up agreeing to give me a vehicle I drive
we get there this dealership is so far
away from my house like I do not have
access to this place I show up he takes
my ID and he literally says oh I can't
give you this car because you're not 21
in that moment I decided to kind of get
Mercedes corporate involved because I
didn't know what else to do because
these people were just not taking me
serious and I was just so so so upset it
wasn't Mercedes in General I don't think
that Mercedes was the problem because as
an entire company when I went to them
with my concerns they made me feel heard
and they truly did help me in a lot of
ways that I just can't say on the
internet and so initially it went from
we're waiting for a part and there's no
ETA on it so until we get that part we
can't keep working on the car it was
about over a month that I waited for
this part to come when all along they
weren't even waiting for for that part
because when I spoke to people who
actually knew what they were talking
about they had already got that part and
replaced it and honestly I just felt
hopeless I felt like nobody was going to
help me I felt like nobody knew what
they were talking about so I had to
involve lawyers and even lawyers didn't
even know how to handle this case
because it was so odd then we enter
February and I'm really starting to lose
my patience at this point Mercedes
doesn't want the car at their dealership
anymore because it's literally been
sitting there since September I am
pissed because I still have to be paying
for this Vehicles insurance for this
vehicle period even though it's not even
with me honestly I have no tears left to
cry I felt like I had forgiven everybody
involved and I had forgiven Jake I just
wanted this problem to be gone and I
didn't know how to handle it it was
conversations with every single party
involved like at least twice a week and
it was always ending in fights because
no one wanted to help nobody wanted to
go step in and take accountability and
it was really hard until finally my car
was supposed to be TR transferred to
another dealership to get looked at
again but there was so many people that
had already looked at my car that it was
just like what could a new fresh set of
IC my car was deemed to be a loss cause
it honestly was the green light to start
searching for a new car again so we go
car shopping we're in the car I don't
know what I'm expecting of today I don't
really have any expectations like we're
just going to go see a vehicle that I
already have numbers on so I already
know what to expect from that car it's
something like what we we saw yesterday
but like because we told the guy
yesterday like we're not going to buy
anything we're just here to look he
wasn't really like he didn't even let me
like turn on the car and play with the
features like it was just not I didn't

here at range we drove so far to come to

because I don't have an open case that I
have to fight for every single day
there's always one door closes one door
opens and although it was an unfortunate
situation that my car was taken out that
way over a literal curb I now have a
brand new car that I love so much and
it's so beautiful and I got to
experience a new vehicle and I'm safe
and Jake is safe and Jake's brothers are
safe and this turned out to be a super
stressful situation than I thought it
would be but it ended up good and now my
Range Rover era starts here and I'm so
excited to see what more is coming what
more is in store for us but thank you
guys so much and I hope you guys love my
new car just as much as I do I'll see
